British benches post WW1

After the Edwardian period, and post-WW1, there is very little change in the design of workbenches. Melhuish & Sons catalogs from the mid 1920s are little different to those of the Edwardian era. Indeed if you look at the Arts and Crafts workshop of Edward Barnsley and Peter Waals, mid 1920’s, they are both using continental-style benches.
